Legal Question in Workers Comp in South Carolina

I got in a auto accident on the work van. Their saying I sighned a statement I wouldn't take any legal actions against them when i got hired. Thier trying to make me pay them back for my comp checks. Can they do that?

I cannot say if they can do that or not, since I don't know enough about everything including whatever it is that you signed. I can say however that it doesn't sound right and I think you need to make an appointment with an attorney who can ask questions and go over the whole thing with you.
