Legal Question in Workers Comp in South Carolina

injured on the job

Recent injury left me with 7% impairment rating to lower extremity and company wants to settle for 25000, and completely close. Is this right if the doctor says I will likely develop complications in the next 5-10 years? What should I do?

Workers Comp. cases can be complicated and there is more to these than meets the eye. No lawyer can tell you what to do based on the little information in this question. You need to have the whole case reviewed by a WC attorney that can give you complete advise.
