Legal Question in Workers Comp in South Carolina

workmans compensation rating

I was injured on the job amost a year ago. I injured my back. I was told that I have a 12% disability rating. How much is enough? I havent had my hearing yet.

Its not that simple. A lawyer would need to know a whole lot more about the case in order to tell you the value of your case. Sorry, but a lawyer would need to know if liability was contested, what your wages were, and all kinds of other things. There are also different types of disabilties. I assume you have an attorney. That would be the best source for asking.
