Disabled worker
What is considered a major life activity when it comes to disability. Is not being able to bend, lift up to a certain weight, or standing for up to a certain time qualify. Who determins the limatations.

Major life activities are typically thought of as including walking, eating, caring for oneself, etc. The EEOC has a list of examples of major life activities. Additional information on this can be found on the EEOC's website, www.eeoc.gov, or on my website, www.memphisemploymentlawyer.net.
