Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Tennessee
Can there be anything else done?
i appealed a case in 2001..in sept 2003 it came back and the court upheld the sentence..i appealed again and it has come back upheld again..is there anything i can do? christmas is close and i have 2 kids i'd like to spend christmas with..any info would be appreciated...thanks
