Harassment Charges

How do I file harassment charges on a woman who has been emailing, texting and calling me leaving threatening messages? I live in California, she lives in Tennessee.

With difficulty. Try to file police complaints in both places.

Depending on the nature of the threats, you might get a civil harassment restraining order and serve a certified copy on the police agency in her home town. Also, if she's doing it by telephone, there might be Homeland Security issues about terrorist threats. Good luck!
