Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee
attempted rape charge
My brother, a social worker, was charged by a mentally challenged client and her aunt with attempted sexual assault of the client. He didn't do it, but in a crime that by its nature has no evidence, is there anything we can do?

Re: attempted rape charge
There are many things which need to be done and need to be done fast. First and foremost, your brother needs a lawyer experienced in handling criminal cases. Secondly, your brother needs to refrain from talking about this case with the police, the TBI or anyone other than his lawyer. Law enforcement are out to put him in jail. Have your brother or family contact me at my website at www.TennesseeDefense.com to discuss his case. Review the website and give me a call if you are interested in hiring a lawyer.
