Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Tennessee

why won't anyone help me?

I have called and talked to humane services and nobody will help me get my cat back even though the judge,attorny's and the D.A. heard messages on a cell phone that these people was going to kill an animal.Now to me I think something needs to be done. I see these others get put behind bars for animal cruelty and they look at me like they don't care! I am a very loving person to when it comes down to animals being mistreated and I just don't understand why in Mountain City people can get away with cruelty to animals. All I want is some one to help me get my sweet inocent cat back and that would really make my little kids happy to have the family pet back in their lives.. So PLEASE help me find out a way to bring her back home where it is safe.. Thank you

It sounds to me like you need to file for a writ of possession. You can file this in General Sessions, Chancery or Circuit. This action is for a recovery of personal property.
