Am I being Discriminated against?

I was on disability for 6 mos for difficult pregnancy. After returning to work, I worked very hard and when my review came up it was an Excellent instead of an Excellent plus. I did my job very well and scored high besides ''Job related skills'' and I asked my supervisor and she said it is only because I was on disability. I tried to explain my self and even her COM agreed to the review.I was afraid to go to HR because I feared rankism would be a problem. I also tried to explain that the review was wrong because on the first page it says to recieve an a good standing in job related skill you must not have any bad scores and I didn't. What should I do? I just recieved my raise at 1.8% because of this.

What would your raise have been if your review was excellent plus? How many other reviews have you had at the company and what were the results of those reviews? Is the review detailed?
