Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Tennessee

What am I to do???

I was fired due to working on company time and working my own hours.Missing days....I never missed days I still had 92 days of vacation time...I was never written up and even given a raise...I was the only black employee there and the lowest paid man there..There was an eeoc complaint filed and won and the company is always violating some law...Help I think this is so unfair...

Who were you working for? How many employees do they have? Did the give you a reason in writing for the termination?
