Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Tennessee

Work, Uniforms, and Pregnancy

My company pays $750 for uniforms each season. We are given a gift card to a certain store. I am pregnant and the store does not have maternity clothes. My company is telling me that they will only pay $400 for my uniforms because I cannot get them from the certain store. They have some agreement with the store were they get the clothes cheaper. I think I'm being discriminated against? I sure feel like it?
