Re: Sentance guidlines for DUI?

If you want to avoid losing your license for a year, and doing a minimum of 48 hours in jail, and paying at least $360 in fines, plus another $150 in court costs and going to DUI school and having higher insurance rates and having to pay to get your license restored, then you need an attorney. If you don't care about any of those things, then go in without one.

If you you would like to have a chance to avoid a conviction, get an attorney. For more information on DUI law in Tennessee, check my website at jesbeard.com
