Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

I allowed my EX husband to move in with me on a temorary basis for financial reasons. We cannot live together peacefully in any way. He is extremely verbally abusive and he refuses to move out of the home. What can I do legally to make him leave.

The house is solely in my name and he has only been living here since late March of this year. Prior to that he was in jail in IN and we have been divorced since Feb. 6, 2009.

he is a trespasser at this point. You can have him removed by the sheriff.
