Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee
Complaint
I am filing my own divorce papers and i found out today, i have to have a ''complaint'' filled with my property agreement. I was wondering if someone could tell me how to create a complaint. I don't know where to begin or what it should state. Please help. Thank you, Kathy

Re: Complaint
I do not recommend you handle your own divorce. There are too many legal issues to address, even in a so-called "friendly" divorce. You may be waiving rights you don't know you have; or you may attempt to do that which cannot be upheld by the court. There are sufficient legal resources, if sought, for any economic situation.
