Legal Question in Medical Leave in Tennessee

Maternity Leave/Vacation

I am 36 weeks pregnant and will be taking maternity leave in the near future. Is it legal for my employer to make me use vacation time I have accrued along with holiday time that we are given for Christmas during my maternity leave?

Under the federal law, an employer can require an employee to use paid time off concurrent with the unpaid FMLA time.
