i arrivef in the us with a k1 visa left my ex fiance since he was abusive and did not marry me during the 90 days , married somebody 2 years later and been married for 4 years but he left after 2 weeks of martiage, is there hope for me ? can i adjudt my status?

No, I am sorry, but you are not eligible for adjustment of status.
You are in USA illegally, and can obtain a Green card only by going back to your home country and applying for an immigrant visa and a hardship waiver. That's not an easy situation.
Because you came on K-1 visa, didn't marry a petitioner, now you can't adjust based on another marriage.
You should not file any applications with USCIS without first consulting a lawyer.
