hi, my boyfriend is a mexican but is not legal. can immagration deport him if we where married and about to have a baby.

Yes, any foreigner who is in USA illegally can be deported whether he is married or has children. He needs to become a lawful permanent resident in order to be able to stay in USA legally, as a husband of a US citizen.
