I am a business owner in Tennessee. I have an employee with an expired visa. Is there anyway for me to help him get his drivers license renewed? What is my liabilty if he is driving and has an accident with an expired drivers license? He has no criminal background. thanks Chip

It appears that your employee is illegal and not authorized to work in the USA. As an employer, you can be liable for employing a person who is not authorized to work (doesn't have a work visa or permit).
No, you can't help him to renew a driver license if he is living in USA illegally (out of status).
