Legal Question in Immigration Law in Tennessee

If my marriage fails.. will I be able to do it again? This was / is a fiancee visa. I went to China.. now she wants to go back home.

Can I start over and do this again, find someone else on line, go back to China and hope for success or will China and / of U.S. immigration hold it against me and disqualify me?

Yes, a second fiancee visa petition could be allowed. You will definitely need legal assistance. Also, your first fiancee/wife who came to US on K1 visa, must go back to China. I understand that you didn't apply for her adjustment of status after marriage yet.
