Air quality and high temperatures in factories

Are there any laws or guidelines a corporation has to adhere to as to the air quality, temperatures, and proper ventilation in a factory enviroment and what are they?

Yes. The Department of Labor through OSHA issues very detailed regulations on those types of safety issues. Depending what kind of industry is involved the regulations could be very detailed.
