Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Tennessee

Neighbors and Neighbor's Animals!.

My daughter recently has been experiencing problems with her neighbors concerning two dogs that were left at her house. She is trying to keep these animals confined until she can find homes for them. However, a neighbor has become very agressive toward my daughter concerning these dogs to the point of coming univited into her yard and acting in a threating manner toward my daughter. What are my daughter's rights in this matter?

Re: Neighbors and Neighbor's Animals!.

Unless your daughter is being a nuisance, she can probably look to criminal trespass laws to stop the neighbor from bothering her. For more info, see www.gsmithlawfirm.com
