Apartment Mix Up With Relative

my aunt and i had a verbal agrement that she would pay the rent if i got an apartment in my name, we both would live there, and i would only pay her gas money for taking me to work and give money for groceries. she puts me out of my apartment, causes me to lose my job. she pays her bills on time so i decided to let her stay in the apartment. its a 12 month lease and she has decided to leave on the 6th month.. .i also discovered that she made up a check stub so it could look like i could afford the apartment. i start school out of state in august, and if this apt lease goes on my credit, its going to prevent me from going.. do i have a case?

Against whom? Against your aunt? Are you wanting to get out of the lease or get your aunt to take over the lease or what? Can you prove that she falsified the lease application? Did you sign the application? You need to provide more information.
