Legal Question in Personal Injury in Tennessee

In Tennessee, if a car accident occurred on 3/19/13, exactly what time does the one year statute of limitations expire to file a lawsuit? No minors in accident, no deaths, no alcohol, etc. just a minor fender bender with aggregation of existing health problems. Thank you.
