forclosure

I am facing forclosure due to a loss of income.

My daughter ,who is disabled, was sexually abused

by her step father. He is no longer in the home and

we no longer have his income to make mortgage payments.

I have two children in the home.

How can I aviod forclosure?

Obviously, there is no question the money is due and owing. Seek assistance from the lender explaining your situation and at the same time seek assistance from DHS. Can you receive any type of SSI for disabled daughter? Is that in place. Try for a refinance at lower rates. The worse thing you can do is nothing. You must take affirmative, self-help action, NOW.
