Non-disclosure of fact that land would not
Bought land in 1999, and was made aware 4 months later
of a report dated 1996 that reported land would not perk, and could not be built upon. This was not disclosed to me as the buyer.

I'm not sure what your question is, or what relief you would like, but any case would be dependent upon the specific circumstances under which you bought the land. You should seek competent legal advice immediately if you wish to protect your rights.
