Property Dispute

My neighbor is trying to claim 7 1/2' x 220' of my property, they have concreted over about 2' x 15'. I tried talk to her, but she starts using profanity and being unreasonable. What avenue should I go with this individual?

You need to get a lawyer to send a demand letter to her requesting her to remove the materials from your property. If she fails to do so, you should follow up with a lawsuit against her. You must take legal action to protect your property rights. Otherwise, she could obtain your property through adverse possession.
