accused of felony
If the case goes to the grand juries and they dismissed the case. Is it still in the form of accused of a felony. Check yes or no on the form that asked ''accused or commited'' of a felony?

If your were accused but not indicted - as it sounds liek you were - you will need to read the question carefully to know how to answer it accurately.
Your best bet is to remove that from your record comepletely!
