Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Texas
My home in MD is in the process of foreclosure and am currently living in TX. Where can I file for bankruptcy? In MD or TX?

It depends on how long you have lived in Texas. Also you need to ask yourself if you have equity in the Maryland property because it may not be worth saving. In addition as a basic rule you can only keep one home when you file so if you have purchased another home in Texas this could be a major problem. www.northtexasdebtfreedom.com
