Legal Question in Business Law in Texas

We are a A/C and electrical sales, service and repair. We repair a large amount of A/C and electrical. Can we file theft of services and the repair calls we go do and then customers won't pay for?

Any attorney will tell you that your only recourse is to sue the customers. Try getting a deposit up front when the appointment is scheduled, then a down payment when you arrive, etc. Consult with a good business attorney in your area for specific advice.
