chain letter
i am reading on this chain letter that if they sell a product it is a legal way to make money. they site Title 18 Section 1302 of the U.S. Postal & lottery laws. is this true?

If you Google 18 usc 1302 you will get that provision of the code. The the question is whether "mail" includes email.

That chain letter is a scam that's been around for decades. The top of the list makes money off suckers.
