Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
My company is changing up positions at my work. My position is getting renamed from asst. manager to shift lead. This name change is costing me to lose three dollars an hour. Is this legal?

If you don't like the way your employer is treating you, your remedy is to leave.
Are you the only woman who works there? The only Jew? The only Negro? The only Moslem? If so, you could have a discrimination claim.
