Contracts Involving Emancipation
Just one question. Can a minor that has been emancipated from his parents purchase an autombile from a dealer later disaffirm the contract claiming his rights as a minor? Thanks for the help

No. Legally he cannot have it both ways. Once a minor is emancipated, it is for all purposes. His contracts after emancipation are legally enforceable.
