dates on stock certificates

What date is shown on a stock certificate for a TX LLC - - is it the date of the organizational meeting or the date the stock is distributed?

LLCs do not have stock.

Share certificates are usually dated when issued. Authorization of shares (equity interest)is usually memorialized in the Operating Agreement

LLC's don't have an organizational meeting nor do they have stock. Those terms are reserved for corporations.
