Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
discrimination, harrasment
I was yelled at and verbaly abused at work and reported it but all that was done was the instigator was given a final notice write up. How am i supposed to go to work in that situation

Yelling or verbal abuse is not harassment or discrimination unless it is sexual, ethnic, religious, in nature or directed at someone's disability. It is not good management but it is not generally illegal.
