Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
I have a drawing I drew to use as a logo and would like to put it on clothes to market.Do I need to get a trademark or copyright for it? Also is there anyway I can protect it in the meantime so I can start using it?

Any franchise attorney will say it appears you are (or will be) using the logo as a trademark. The way to protect a trademark is through a registration process that can be at the state and federal levels. Have you used it on clothes yet? The answer will affect the possible ways to protect it. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
