Legal Question in Business Law in Texas

Finding principles of a corporation

Is there an on-line source to look up corporations and obtain information on the principles (name, contact info)? If not on-line, is there a reference source available at a large public library? Thank you.

Re: Finding principles of a corporation

The only free source on the internet that I am aware of is at the Texas Comptroller of Public Account's webcite. Sometimes not all information is available. Good Luck. http://ecpa.cpa.state.tx.us/coa/coaStart.html

Most libraries have a copy of Dunn & Bradstreet that gives corporate information.

The Texas State Comptroller's office has corporate information online, that gives the name of the registered agent and registered office, the business address, and frequently the names and addresses of officers and directors.
