Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Lemon Law in Texas
I've had my truck back at the dealership for the same problem (bad front end) more than 4 times and they have failed to fix the problem. What are my rights? Since the truck is now out of warrenty, they are making me pay when I bring it in.

You didn't say whether the truck was new or used. The Lemon Law applies only to new vehicles. I've laid out the Lemon Law and its requirements at our website, http://www.bradie-law.com.
If the problem started before the warranty period ran, and still hasn't been fixed, it is still covered under warranty. The charge is improper.
