Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Master Service agreement - no hire
My company regularly submits and signs master service agreements with potential clients. The MSA always has a no hire agreement. I'm looking to leave my company but now I'm concerned that most of the companies I'd like to go to are locked up by the no hire agreements. I feel trapped by my current company and prevented from making any moves. What can I do?

Re: Master Service agreement - no hire
An attorney will need to go over your agreement to see how enforceable it is, but you can't force another company to decide to try to challenge it to hire you. Maybe your attorney could convince them that the agreement isn't enforceable, but they would still have to decide.
Re: Master Service agreement - no hire
Discuss the matter with your potential employer after you take Mr, Nance's advice. "No hires" usually have a fee if there's a hire anyway. Will your potential employer be willing to pay the fee?
