Legal Question in Business Law in Texas

Master Service agreement - no hire

My company regularly submits and signs master service agreements with potential clients. The MSA always has a no hire agreement. I'm looking to leave my company but now I'm concerned that most of the companies I'd like to go to are locked up by the no hire agreements. I feel trapped by my current company and prevented from making any moves. What can I do?
