Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Sexual discrimination or harrassment
Dear Sirs,
We were wondering about conditions at my husband's job.
Many of his coworkers wear t_shirts with sexual references and they have calendars with ''girlie'' photos openly posted in common work areas. The t-shirts are worn by some of their area stockers and retail people. We are worried about lawsuits from coworkers or customers. What do you suggest?

Re: Sexual discrimination or harrassment
This problem could be easily solved with a written policy against such materials. The policy should be distributed to every employee and clearly posted at the workplace. There must be some form of reprimand for violating the company policy. Failure to enforce the policy is as good as not having one at all!
