Re: Sexual harassment
SUE your ex-employer! I do not do sexual harassment claims, but your case seems like a great case to pursue. I suggest you contact your local office of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (check the phone book under US Government or maybe there is a State office) or an attorney that pursues such claims.
Re: Sexual harassment
It sounds like you have a case. I would need to know a bit more about the work environment. Does the company have more than 15 employees?
Re: Sexual harassment
Sue him for sexual harassment, unless the company has less than 15 employees, in which case you cannot do anything but file for unemployment compensation.
