Lawyers cannot reach out to prospective clients like this. You can contact the local county bar for a referral to talk to somebody in your area. You will probably have to pay something to talk to a lawyer but most referral services in Texas require the lawyers on their referral lists to give you a 20-30 minute consultation for a small fee, like $20.
