Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
Do I have to suffer for something I did not do?
An FBI background check using my fingerprints reveales that I have an arrest record. It is true I was arrested 1996 in Texas, but the case was not prosecuted it did not meet the guidelines set forth by the U.S.District Attorney. I have ongoing problems regarding my record(employment, immigration, federal or state licenses etc.).I have been asked to provide disposition, but I cannot since the case was never in court.Help?
