charging owned equipment to a cost plus job
I am in a cost plus contract with an owner. I own equipment that I want to charge (rent) to the project, however, since it is a cost plus job I do not want the owner to feel that they have ownership of the equipment when the job is done. How would I go about renting equipment to myself?

If you own the equipment, rent it to a company you control.
