Legal Question in Construction Law in Texas
No contract
We had a local handyman remodel our bathroom, he said it would take 5-7 days and cost $3500.00-$3800.00.
It took him 6 weeks and now he wants double of what he quoted.
No contract was ever signed.
And now he wants to sign something.
What should I do?

Hold him to his verbal contract, and be prepared for a lawsuit in Small Claims.
