If a contractor hires other electricians to help complete a job due to non-compliance are these electricians working under my electrical license and liability insurance?

ANSWER (Assuming you are the non-complying electrical contractor):
If a contractor hires other electricians to help complete a job due to non-compliance are these electricians:
(a) working under my electrical license? NO!
(b) working under my liability insurance? NO!
