Mandatory Pre-Bids
Are mandatory pre-bids legal. Can you legally be prevented from bidding a job if you don't attend prer-bid meeting?

1. Mandatory pre-bids are legal.
2. You can't be prevented from bidding, but they do not have to accept your bid if you didn't attend the pre-bid conference.
