Legal Question in Construction Law in Texas
roofing work
A roofing company completed a job, yet we found that they did not reconnect any vents inside the house. One of the vents is from the gas heater that vents carbon monoxide. All of that gas is coming into my house. Is there anything, legally, that I can do to them?

Sure. You can sue them for damages. How much did it cost you to have the vents properly connected?
