Work for Hire Agreement
My question is about an old agreement that had been signed back in 2005. I was wondering if I can file suit to an individual that quit my company and also took project accounts to another company. He actually made copies of all the files we had and quit me. Do I have a leg to stand on??

You probably have a fair case for theft of trade secrets. Get on it ASAP because time is running out.
