Acknowledgement of Disclosure by dealer of hail damage
we purchases a new vehicle from a dealership and a about a week later we found an ''acknowledgement of discloser by dealer of hail damage to motor vehicle'' in the glove box. there were no signatures by us or the dealership...but it did have the VIN number. what can be done? is there some type of disclosure law? we knew nothing about this...

The dealer's failure to disclose the repaired damage is a violation of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices/Consumer Protection Act ("DTPA"). Your damages are the difference in value between a new vehicle and a repaired vehicle.
You should contact an attorney that's familiar with the DTPA, and practices in the county where you bought the vehicle.
